I would appreciate some guidance with regard the charter of responsibility for the risk management committee, may be a example provided of that charter or some guidance provided in the guidebook. I see that many departments interpret that charter as a terms of reference and I am not sure if they carry the same stature in terms of authority. So some clarity with regards that will be very welcome. Otherwise the Framework provides such great insight in terms of risk management. Great work. Thanks
